AVANAVA
The Field is part of AVANAVA — more than a submission page, it is a bridge: a simple way for people to bring ideas forward, protect them, and give them a real chance to grow.
You don’t need to be a scientist or have a finished design. If you have an idea with potential, The Field gives you a clear first step into the AVANAVA ecosystem.
1. You submit a concept
You pay a small fee to send your idea to AVANAVA. This covers review time and keeps the system manageable.
2. We review it
Every concept is read carefully. If it aligns with the AVANAVA field, research direction, or licensing philosophy, it moves forward.
3. If we choose it, it goes straight to licensing
At this stage:
- we apply the official timestamp
- we generate the initial licence PDF
- the concept is archived in the AVANAVA Registry
- a protected copy is stored via ZENODO-style archival, ensuring long-term preservation
- the licence is digitally signed with AVANAVA’s PGP key, confirming authenticity and authorship
- you receive your confirmation, the signed licence, and a timestamped copy
- development or collaboration may begin
If the concept isn’t selected, nothing further happens. You still gain value through the concept review — and sometimes feedback if it would help you develop it further.
Sometimes we develop these licences into formal concepts that are sent to labs for data collection and external feedback. This allows the scientific community to explore them, generate data, and evaluate their potential.
This process:
- gives your idea real exposure
- brings it into genuine scientific environments
- helps refine and evolve the concept
- can lead to more advanced versions or follow-on ideas
- increases the credibility and visibility of your contribution
Labs gain new lines of inquiry. You gain recognition and the possibility of future collaboration.
Licensing exists to protect your idea, recognise your authorship, and open a clear route for potential revenue if the concept is developed or adopted.
A licence:
- anchors your idea to you with formal timestamping
- protects your authorship in a public or private registry
- provides a structured pathway for collaboration
- enables royalties or revenue-sharing for commercial use
- gives institutions a legitimate legal mechanism to work with your concept
- increases the credibility of your idea in scientific settings
- ensures cryptographic verification through PGP-signing
The licence gives your idea a solid framework, making it safer and easier for others to engage with.
Most people never have access to scientific channels. They have insights and ideas, but no structure to protect them or bring them forward.
Licensing changes that. It gives people:
- a voice in innovation
- authorship protection
- a legitimate path into scientific and engineering discussions
- the chance to earn revenue
- recognition in future developments
- a way to participate in open research without being overshadowed
This provides ordinary people with tools usually only accessible to institutions.
The Field is more than a submission page. It is a bridge between:
- personal imagination
- collective research
- scientific value
- and community inspiration
Some ideas will evolve. Some will spark further research. Some may open new avenues for inquiry. Others may become stepping stones for entirely new areas of science.
The Field is where inspiration moves — and where contributors gain protection, recognition, visibility, and potential revenue.
AVANAVA does not exist to take ideas. It exists to amplify, protect, and give them structure.
The Field is the meeting place: your creativity, and the scientific frameworks that can carry your ideas forward.
