All licensing is handled privately and on a case-by-case basis. Public material remains intentionally general and non-committal, and does not describe specific devices, performance claims, or commercial guarantees.

As the project develops, the tier descriptions and activation process may be refined. Any changes to public terms will be updated in the relevant pages linked above.
