public record of issued licences (holder details kept private)

Purpose

This page lists Avanava licences that have been issued under private agreements (Tier B, Tier C, and any bespoke contracts). It provides a public record of licence numbers, terms, and status without revealing personal or institutional details of the licence holders.

Holder identities remain private. Where helpful, a broad descriptor may be used (e.g. “Academic lab (EU)”) without naming individuals.
