AVANAVA

This page is a placeholder layout for the Tier B academic / lab licence. It is intended for universities, research groups, and nonprofit labs who wish to work with AVANAVA concepts, tools, and prototypes in a structured way. The text here does not yet represent a final legal agreement.

Tier B is designed to support non-commercial or pre-commercial research. In its final form, this licence will outline how academic partners can explore, test, and publish on AVANAVA-linked ideas under attribution-friendly terms, while keeping pathways open for later commercial arrangements where needed.

The eventual licence text will be concise, readable, and backed by a full legal version. For now, this page simply indicates that a dedicated academic / lab tier exists and will sit between the open Tier A commons and the commercial Tier C agreements.

• Use by universities, academic labs, and nonprofit research institutes.
• Experimental work, validation studies, and exploratory prototypes.
• Internal reports and external publications with agreed attribution.
• Pathways to move successful work into Tier C commercial licences if appropriate.

When ready, the full Tier B licence (and a signed PDF) will be linked from this page and from the main licensing overview. It may also be mirrored on GitHub or another public repository for transparency and version tracking.
