This licence tier will enable businesses to use AVANAVA frameworks, validated prototypes, or higher-tier research outputs in commercial environments. It will define usage rights, responsibilities, reporting requirements, and negotiated terms tied to commercial benefit.

The Tier C licence may include options such as:

• Deployment of AVANAVA-derived devices in paid services.
• Integration into existing commercial products.
• Collaborative development agreements.
• Licensing fees or royalty structures.
• Protected R&D pathways bridging from Tier B academic work.

The commercial licence will consist of:

• A concise human-readable summary.
• A full legal licence agreement.
• A signed commercial terms sheet (case-by-case).
• Optional addendums for co-development or IP sharing.
